Curriculum
On our experience day, the children learned how to mix primary colours to make new colours. They also learned how to create different shades of the same colour. We enjoyed looking at the work of famous artists and painters such as Van Gogh and Da Vinci.
We continued our learning all about the fascinating country of Kenya through our story “Handa’s Surprise”. The children had fun performing African dance in the hall and creating some wonderful African sunset safari pictures using their new painting skills.
