Here at St Clement’s C of E Primary School, Manchester City Local Authority deal with our school Admissions for children of Reception age up to children of Year 6 ages.

If you require a place for your child/ren in any of these classes then please contact the Local Authority on 0161 245 7116 and they will be able to help you.

Or please visit: https://www.manchester.gov.uk/info/705/school_admissions/6588/primary_schools_councils_admission_rules/5

Manchester City Council Local Authority have all the waiting lists for all schools in Manchester and they will be able to inform you of where your child/ren are on the current waiting list. If you are applying for a school in the Manchester area you have to complete the form every half term to keep your child/ren on the waiting list. Our school inform Manchester City Local Authority as soon as a place becomes available and they allocate the places to the next child on the waiting list.

If you are wanting to apply for a Nursery place for your child/ren then please call into the main school office to collect a form that you will need to complete. Once the form is completed bring it back to school with proof of your child/ren’s date of birth for example a birth certificate or passport. At St Clement’s we only have one main intake in September and we take children into our nursery the term after they turn 3 years old. We have a very long waiting list for out Nursery class so we can never guarantee that a child will be given a place.
